The final day of teaching at Nadar Sundara Visalatchi Vidyasala Matriculation Higher Secondary School this year was nothing short of inspiring. For our last challenge, we worked together to design a program that would allow the mBot to follow a black line. At first, it seemed tricky, but with teamwork, creativity, and persistence, the students figured out how to fine-tune the sensors and make the robot successfully stay on course. The joy on their faces when the mBot completed the track was unforgettable. Afterward, the students split into groups and presented what they had learned over the past three days to their principal and vice-president. They spoke with such confidence and pride, explaining not only the projects they had built but also the problem-solving skills they had gained along the way. It was a powerful moment to see them take ownership of their learning and share it with others. These students are such bright coders with an even brighter future ahead. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and determination made teaching them a true blessing. Over just three days, they showed incredible growth, and their excitement made every lesson more rewarding. I feel grateful to have had the chance to teach them this year, and I cannot wait to see how they expand on what they’ve learned. Until next year, I’ll be cheering them on from afar!
