June 25, 2025 NSVV Girls Higher Secondary School

The final day at NSV Girls Higher Secondary School was such a meaningful way to close out my time with these 30 incredible students for the year. For their last lesson, the girls learned how to program their mBots to avoid obstacles and to follow a black line. These are not easy concepts, but they caught on quickly—experimenting with the code, testing different approaches, and joyfully celebrating each success. It was wonderful to watch them expand on the lessons, tinker with their robots, and take pride in their progress. At the end of class, I handed out curriculums so they can continue learning on their own and encouraged them to think about how programming might play a role in their futures. Our conversation was inspiring—they spoke with confidence and curiosity, and it is clear that they have the drive to achieve great things. Their interest in programming has grown stronger every day, and their willingness to work hard and persevere through challenges is something I deeply admire. Teaching these bright young minds has been a blessing. They have made each class a joy with their enthusiasm, determination, and creativity. Though this marks the end of our three-day journey together for this year, it is only the beginning of all they will accomplish. I cannot wait to see how far they go, and I look forward to coming back next year to see what new skills and ideas they’ve discovered. Day 3 out of 3 complete!
